mod FreeplayStart v0.99x2.2 (work still in progress)

*! recomended to not overwrite over existing previous version.. best way is new clean install
*! need starting new game
* pay attention to scripts/xiani_config.script, there is a lot of interesting options, by default most of them are "OFF"

main features of mod:
- removed storyline
- player can enter it's name and choose starting community at game start
- depening on community selected - different starting points and loadout
- added additional level changers: most of them from mod NewLevelChanger 2.1.4 (Author: Sak)

- fixed situation when ecologs NPCs could block Sakharov "trading window"
- added options to control NPCs leaving camps and mosters leaving lairs in smart_terrain.script
  option "allow_timeout_for_exclusives" - allow to leave or not to exclusive NPCs (preferably to set to "False" for those who like traditional camps, also it will protect main "questing" NPCs leaving their usual places)
  option "allow_mob_leave_at_day" - allows mosters to change lairs at daytime (otherwise (by default) they will leave only at night, making them wandering around at nights more and sitting in lairs during day)
  option "allow_npc_leave_at_night" - allows NPCs to leave camps at night (otherwise (by default) they will wait till morning and then leave)
- added workaround of bug with save/load in psy-zones
- added spots to sleep with sleeping bag on "dark valley" (thanks Hakuni for coordinates pack)
- added monsters and lairs to Nuclear Plant level2 ("backyard")

- added timeout to camps, now depending on camp settings NPC would not sit in there forever
- restored repair dialogs to traders of Killers(Mercs), Monolith, Bandits, Military
